 Cookies
2 pouches hearty oatmeal or golden oats
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking powder (none aluminum based)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. warm water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
In a small mixing bowl, add oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, oil, water and vanilla.
Mix until just moist and all ingredients are well blended.
Drop by heaping teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Cook 9-12 minutes, less for chewy cookies, longer for crunchy cookies.
Makes approximately 12 cookies.
