 Pancakes
1 pkg. hearty oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. soy milk (add to desired consistency)
optional:
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
(Prepare as you would your standard pancake mix.)
To hot griddle or pan, pour pancake mix to an approximate 4" diameter circle. When top of pancake begins to bubble, flip pancake to uncooked side.
Cook both sides to desired doneness or golden brown color.
Makes approximately 4 pancakes.
Top with favorite syrup or fruit toppings
